Hair comes in different textures ranging from straight, wavy to curly. There are nine different types of hair texture and these nine categories of hair are even further divided into subcategories. Presenting to you 4 types of hair texture and their individual description.

1A hair has soft and fine texture with a natural shine. The disadvantage pf this type of hair is that it quickly gets oily.

The second subcategory is 1B hair that is thick with great volume near the roots and thick texture.

1C hair comes with an impressive volume. This type of hair is common among Asian women. The tough texture makes them impossible to curl and style.

2A hair is a combination of wavy and straight hair. Without actually styling it the hair form weak S-shaped strands naturally.  Due to its flexibility, It is easy to style this type of hair.

S-shaped curls form the texture of 2B hair. the curl patterns are visible and prominent and can be slightly frizzy as well.

2C haircare made with a combination of wavy and curly hair. It frizzy and quickly curls in a humid moist environment. The hair is dense with tons of volume and thicker waves.

S3A hair is full of shine and has a defined S-shaped pattern. the strong S-shaped patterns make it appear full and healthy. It is great at taking any form and can be styled easily.

3B type forms a smaller curl pattern than 3A ranging from spiral-like curls to tight crock screws curls.

3C is actually thinner than 3A and 3B, with curls that are smaller. the small curls make the hair appear thicker and kinky.

4A pattern comes with an S-shaped pattern curls can be stretch I, which instantly springs back to curls. since the hair is extremely curly, this hair type tends to be fragile, thin, and brittle. They require conditioning and organic-based shampoos, etc.

4B hair bends with really sharp angles. It has Z-shaped zig-zag curls.

4C hair is the hardest to style and to take care of because it doesn’t have a definite curl pattern.
